Daily operational forecast for June 27, 2020

The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for June 27, 2020 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 5 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

The emergencies associated with the disruption of life support services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport, flooding of low-lying areas are forecast: 

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Primorsky Territory (very heavy rains, thunderstorms, wind speed increasing up to 18 m/s);

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Altai Territory, Novosibirsk and Tomsk regions (heavy rains, heavy rainfalls, thunderstorms, hail, wind speed increasing up to 24 m/s, wind gusts up to 30 m/s).

The accidents associated with disruption of life support systems, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Siberian Federal District, in the central and southern regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (thunderstorms, hail, wind speed increasing up to 18 m/s);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Tatarstan (precipitation, thunderstorms, hail, wind speed increasing up to 24 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Adygea (heavy rains, heavy rainfalls, thunderstorms, hail, wind gusts up to 20 m/s).

The increase of thermal anomalies, single foci of natural fires (including counter fires of dry vegetation), foci and natural fires are forecast (caused by non-compliance with fire safety requirements; high fire hazard class, gusty winds):

in the Far Eastern Federal District (Republic of Buryatia, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Transbaikal, Kamchatka territories, Magadan Region, Chukotka Autonomous District);

in the Siberian Federal District (Altai Territory, Kemerovo, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Irkutsk regions);

in the Ural Federal District (Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk, Tyumen regions);

in the Northwestern Federal District (Republic of Karelia, Leningrad, Vologda, Pskov, Novgorod, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk regions);

in the Central Federal District (Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kostroma, Kursk, Oryol, Tambov and Tver regions);

in the Volga Federal District (Republic of Bashkortostan, Saratov, Orenburg regions);

in the Southern Federal District (Republic of Kalmykia, Volgograd, Rostov, Astrakhan regions);

in the North-Caucasian Federal District (Republic of Dagestan, Republic of Ingushetia, Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Chechen Republic, Stavropol Territory).

There is a possibility of activation of landslide processes, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas of the North Caucasian and Southern Federal districts (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory).
