Daily operational forecast for March 27, 2020

The operational forecast of possible emergency situations for March 27, 2020 on the territory of the Russian Federation is determined by the passage of 4 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts.

On the territory of the Russian Federation, the inter-municipal level and higher level emergencies caused by severe weather phenomena are not predicted.

Due to the impact of adverse weather phenomena, there is a possibility of accidents related to the disruption of energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, life support services and all modes of transport:

in the Siberian Federal District (in the Taimyr municipal district of Krasnoyarsk Territory there are very strong south wind, wind gusts of 15-20 m/sec, 22-27 m/sec at night and in the morning, snowstorm);

in the Far Eastern Federal District (in Khabarovsk Territory there are snow, heavy snow in some areas, wind strengthening up to 17-20 m/sec on the coast);

in the Ural Federal District (in Sverdlovsk Region there are wind gusts up to 18 m/sec);

in the Northwestern Federal District (in the Komi Republic and the Nenets Autonomous District there are wind gusts up to 22 m/sec);

in the Southern Federal District (in the Republic of Crimea and Krasnodar Territory there is wind strengthening);  

in the North Caucasian Federal District (in the Stavropol Territory there are wind gusts up to 20 m/sec).


There is a possibility of flooding of low-water bridges in the Volga Federal District (in the Orenburg and Samara regions).

In connection with the thaw there is a risk of failures of people and equipment under the ice throughout the Russian Federation excepting the North Caucasian Federal District and Southern Federal District.

There is avalanche in the mountainous regions of the Siberian Federal District (in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva); in the North Caucasian Federal District (in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkar, the Karachayevo-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Republic of Dagestan); in the Southern Federal District (in the Republic of Adygea, in the Krasnodar Territory).

There is a possibility of activation of landslide processes, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas of the North Caucasian and Southern Federal districts (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory).
