in the Central Federal district in the Kostroma region (sources of accidents: wind gusts up to 18 m / s, in the South of the region - up to 21 m/s, heavy snow, wet snow sticking, ice phenomena);
in the North Caucasian Federal District in the mountainous regions of the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen and the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (the accidents are caused by: strong wind gusts, in the Chechen Republic - up to 25 m/s, in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic - up to 27 m/s).
Due to the process of ice formation, there is a risk of people and equipment sinking under the ice of water bodies throughout the Russian Federation, with the exception of the North Caucasian Federal District. There is an increased risk on the territory of the Sakhalin Region (in The Mordvinov Bay and in areas of the South-Eastern coast of Okhotsk sea, where it is possible to break and break off the coastal ice).
The probability of avalanches is predicted in the mountainous regions of the Siberian Federal District: in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Altai Republic, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva; in the North Caucasus Federal district: in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the Republic of Dagestan, the Kabardino – Balkarian Republic and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic; in the Southern Federal District: in the Republic of Adygea and Krasnodar Territory.
