On the territory of the Russian Federation, emergencies from the inter-municipal level and higher caused by dangerous meteorological phenomena are not predicted.
Due to the impact of a complex of adverse weather events, there is a possibility of accidents related to the disruption of energy, communications, housing and communal services, life support of the population, and disruption of all types of transport:
in the Far Eastern Federal District:
on the territory of the Sakhalin Region – precipitation, snowstorm, wind up to 25 m/s;
in the Siberian Federal District:
on the territory of the Republic of Altai and the Republic of Khakassia, the Altai Territory and the Krasnoyarsk Territory – increased wind up to 20-25 m/s, in the highlands up to 35 m/s, precipitation in the form of heavy snow (10-15 mm), turning into sleet, sleet deposition, ice phenomena;
in the Northwestern Federal District:
on the territory of the Republic of Karelia, St. Petersburg, Vologda, Leningrad, Murmansk, Novgorod and Pskov regions – wind gusts up to 23 m/s;
in the Central Federal District:
on the territory of Belgorod, Bryansk, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kursk, Moscow, Oryol, Smolensk, Tver and Tula regions – wind gusts of 18-20 m/s.

avalanches in the mountain areas 4 Siberian (Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Altai, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva), 4 subjects of the North Caucasian Federal District (the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic and the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the Republic of Dagestan), 2 subjects in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea and the Krasnodar Territory)
activation of landslide and talus processes, landslips, subsidence of soil in mountain and foothill areas of the North Caucasian Federal District (the Republic of Adygea) and Southern Federal District (the Republic of Crimea and Krasnodar Territory).
