On the territory of the Russian Federation, emergencies caused by dangerous meteorological phenomena are not predicted.
In connection with the influence of the complex of the adverse meteorological phenomena in the form of snow, sleet and wind gusts up to 18-20 m/s in the territory of one subject of the Urals (Chelyabinsk Region) and 6 subjects of the Volga Federal district (Republic of Bashkortostan, Republic of Mari El, Republic of Tatarstan, Perm Territory, Orenburg Region and Samara Region) increased risks associated with the difficulty in all modes of transport, gusts of communication lines and power, violation of livelihood.
failure of people and equipment under the ice on the water bodies of the Far Eastern, Siberian, Ural, Volga, Northwestern and Central Federal districts;
snow avalanches on the territory of mountain regions of one subject of the Far Eastern Federal District (Kamchatka Territory), one subject of the Siberian Federal District (Altai Republic) and 2 subjects of the Southern Federal District (Republic of Adygea and Krasnodar Territory);
activation of exogenous-dynamic processes in the mountainous regions of the North-Caucasian Federal District, the Republic of Adygea and the Republic Crimea, and the Krasnodar Territory.
