Over the past 24 hours the National Crisis Management Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry organized work to ensure functioning of control bodies, managing their forces and facilities as part of crisis management system on all the levels of the Single State Disaster Management System.
Work was organized to put out 337 man-caused fires, respond to 235 traffic accidents and 4 accidents on waterways, find and defuse 302 explosive devices, provide psychological aid on 21 occasions.
Measures were taken to mitigate:
- Fire in a two-storey house in the settlement of Sanchursk, Sanchursk District, Kirov Region;
- Falling of a tracked transport through ice near the settlement of Pechora, the Komi Republic;
- Disruptions in: cold water supply in Luga District and power supply in Vsevolozhsk District in Leningrad Region.
Fire at an abandoned arsenal in the settlement of Puhachyovo, Udmurtia;
Power outage in Uglegorsk District, Sakhalin Region;
Spring floods in Russia;
Protection of settlements and businesses against wildfires;
Monitoring of air in the city of Moscow and Moscow Region.
