NATIONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT CENTER

Over the past 24 hours the National Crisis Management Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry organized work to ensure functioning of control bodies, managing their forces and facilities as part of crisis management system on all the levels of the Single State Disaster Management System.
Work was organized to put out 310 man-caused fires, respond to 181 traffic accidents and 1 accident on waterways, find and defuse 3 explosive devices, provide psychological aid on 12 occasions.
Measures were taken to mitigate:
- Disruptions: power outages in Sut-Kholsky District, Tuva and two districts in Tula Region; a disruption in cold water supply in the city of Yekaterinburg;
- Fires: in houses in Motygino District, Krasnoyarsk Territory; in the city of Murmansk and in Kstovo District, Nizhny Novgorod Region; in baths in Kaliningrad Urban District; in a room of a dormitory in Alekseyevsky District, Moscow;
- An explosion of a gas tank in the settlement of Torbeyevo, Moscow Region.
Partial collapse of a wall of a house in the town of Stavropol;
A disruption in cold water supply in the city of Vladivostok;
Monitoring of air in the city of Moscow and Moscow Region;
Humanitarian assistance to the people in the Commonwealth of Dominica.
