Shkval pumping station of the Emergency Ministry’s Noginsk Rescue Center is operating. Mobile laboratories are measuring maximum permissible concentration of carbon monoxide. No exceeding has been registered. A procedural check into the fire is underway. A task force of Emergency Ministry’s investigators, experts of a fire lab and specialists of the decision-making center of the Emergency Ministry’s All-Russian Fire Defense Research Institute of the Order of “The Badge of Honor” is working. The population are being updated.
Firefighting robots of the Emergency Ministry’s All-Russian Fire Defense Research Institute of the Order of “The Badge of Honor” are going to be used to put out the fire and take apart the debris.
More than 350 people and over 180 units of equipment, with 3 Kamov Ka-32 water-bombing helicopters of the Emergency Ministry’s Zhukovsky Air Rescue Center and Moscow Aviation Center among them, Specialized fire and rescue equipment: sky lifts, aerials, fire bluster tank trucks are involved. 55 thousand sq. meters is burning. 1,000 sq. meters of the roof has collapsed. More than 3,000 customers and staff of the center have been evacuated.
