In North Ossetia – Alania, Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria, Stavropol Territory – heavy rains, downpours, thunderstorms, hail, wind gusts up to 20-25 m/s.
Bad weather (heavy rains, downpours, hail, high winds of up to 15-23 m/s) causes risks of broken power and communication lines, disruptions in normal functioning of the society in the republics of Buryatia, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Kalmykia and Udmurtiya, Perm Territory, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk, Kirov and Leningrad Regions.
Water level is expected to decrease on the Alazeya River near the settlement of Svatai in Yakutia. Water level continues to increase near the settlement of Argakhtakh, low-lands and shorelines are expected to be flooded.
There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, infrastructure and areas of wildfires getting larger in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Tuva, Krasnoyarsk Territory.
There are threats caused by exogenic-dynamic processes in mountainous areas in the republics of Ciscaucasia, Adygea and Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
