There is a high risk of disruptions in energy facilities, power towers, transport facilities and communal services in Perm Territory and Bashkortostan due to heavy rains, downpours, thunderstorms, hail, wind gusts up to 18-23 m/s, with bursts up to 23-25 m/s in southern areas.

Bad weather (heavy rains, downpours, hail, high winds of up to 18-22 m/s) causes risks of broken power and communication lines, disruptions in normal functioning of the society in in the republics of Mari El, Tatarstan, Adygea, Krasnodar, Perm and Stavropol Territories, Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Saratov, Vologda, Leningrad Regions and the city of Saint Petersburg.

Flood area is forecast to increase near the settlement of Svatai and dangerous water level in the settlement of Argakhtakh in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) due to snowmelt in Alazeya River.

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, infrastructure and areas of wildfires getting larger in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Tuva, Krasnoyarsk and Altai Territories, Irkutsk Region.
