Bad weather (heavy rains, downpours, hail, high winds of up to 15-25 m/s) causes risks of broken power and communication lines, disruptions in normal functioning of the society, flooding of low-lying areas in the Altai Republic, Mari El, Tatarstan, North Ossetia (Alania) and Adygea, Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria, Altai and Krasnodar Territories, Vladimir, Ivanovo, Ryazan, Kirov, Saratov, Kemerovo, Rostov and Novosibirsk Regions.

In Sakha (Yakutia), water levels will keep on going up in the Alazeya river increasing the flooded area near the settlement of Svatai, while water levels will reach dangerous points and flood areas near the settlement of Argakhtakh.

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, infrastructure and areas of wildfires getting larger in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Tuva, Buryatia, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk Region.

There are rockfall risks in mountainous Ciscaucasia, Adygea and Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
