Bad weather (heavy rains, downpours, hail, high winds of up to 15-24 m/s) causes risks of broken power and communication lines, disruptions in normal functioning of the society, flooding of low-lying areas in Vologda, Kemerovo, Leningrad, Tomsk Regions, most of Central Federal District (Belgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Oryol, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tver, Yaroslavl Regions) and Southern Federla Districts (Adygea, Ingushetia, Crimea, North Ossetia-Alania, Karachay-Cherkessia and Kabardino-Balkaria, Stavropol, Krasnodar Territories, Rostov Region) and in the republics of mari El, Tatarstan and Kirov Region.

In Sakha (Yakutia), water levels will keep on going up in the Alazeya river increasing the flooded area near the settlement of Svatai, while water levels will reach dangerous points and flood areas near the settlement of Argakhtakh.

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, infrastructure and areas of wildfires getting larger in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), Krasnoyarsk Territory, Irkutsk Region.
