In Siberian Federal District:
In the Tuva Republic and Krasnoyarsk Territory – rains, thunderstorms, hails, high winds of up to 15-20 m/s, up to 25-27 m/s in some areas.
Accidents at power supply facilities, disruptions in operation of all kinds of transport are possible in Bashkortostan, Mordovia and Tatarstan, Chelybainsk, Lemerovo, Kursk, Tver and Orenburg Regions, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area due a cyclone (rains, thunderstorms, hails, wind of up to 17-23 m/s).
In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia):
- High water levels will remain in the Kolyma river (near the settlements of Srednekolymsk, Zyryanka) and those levels can hit the dangerous point and flood the settlements of Kolymskoye and Pokhodsk;
- High water levels are expected in the Yana river (near the settlement of Ust-Yansk) and increase of flooded areas is expected in the settlement of Ust-Yansk, while the settlement of Nizhneyansk may be flooded due to an ice jam;
- Water levels will keep rising in the Beryozovka river (near the settlement of Beryozovka) and Lake Nalimskoye (near the settlement of Nalimsk) and flooded areas will keep on increasing;
- High water levels and floods will remain in the Yasachnaya river (near the settlement of Verkhnekolymsk).
High water levels remain in the Arkarka river contributing to larger flooded areas in the town of Tara, Omsk Region.
There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements and areas of wildfires getting larger in Buryatia, Khabarovsk and Transbaikalian Territories, Amur and Irkutsk Regions.
