In the Tuva Republic, Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories – rains, patchy downpours, thunderstorms, hails, wind gusting up to 15-20 m/s, up to 27 m/s in some places.

The Sakha Republic (Yakutia) water levels will keep on rising increasing the flooded areas in the Kolyma river in the settlements of Zyryanka and Srednekolymsk and in the Beryozovka river in the settlement of Beryozovka.

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements and areas of wildfires getting larger in Transbaikalian Territory, south Khabarovsk Territory, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan and Amur Regions.

There are rockfall risks in mountainous Ciscaucasia, Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
