The forecast of possible emergencies on 27 May 2018 is determined by 5 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the effect of atmospheric fronts.

No emergency situations caused by dangerous weather are forecast.

Accidents at power supply facilities, disruptions in operation of all kinds of transport, local flooding of low-lying areas are possible in Ciscaucasia, Crimea, Adygea, Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Khakassia, Mari El and Udmurtia, Kirov and Chelyabinsk Regions, Perm and Krasnodar Territories due to bad weather (rains, downpours, thunderstorms, hails, wind of up to 15-20 m/s, and up to 24 in some areas).

The Sakha Republic (Yakutia) on 27-29 May:

-          Water levels will keep on rising in the Kolyma river contributing to floods in 2 settlements in 2 municipalities (Verkhnekolymsky District: Zyryanka; Srednekolymsk District: Srednekolymsk);

-          Water levels will keep on rising in the Beryozovka river increasing the flood area (Srednekolymsk District: the settlement of Beryozovka).

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, energy facilities, power towers and areas of wildfires getting larger due to the forecast of high winds and no rains in the central Sakha Republic (Yakutia), north of Transbaikalian Territory, Amur, Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions.

There are rockfall risks in mountainous Ciscaucasia, Adygea, Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
