There are high chances of higher water levels in rivers, flooding of low-lying areas, local roads, low-level bridges in Sakha (Yakutia) (Verkhnekolymsky District: Zyryanka; Srednekolymsk District: Srednekolymsk);
There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, energy facilities, power towers and areas of wildfires getting larger due to the forecast of high winds and no rains in Transbaikalian Territory, Kurgan, Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions.
