Bad weather causes risks of broken power and communication lines, disruptions in normal functioning of the society, the operation of all kinds of transport in Tuva, Kabardino-Balkaria and Krasnodar Territory. Wind gusting up to 20 m/s and rains are expected.

There are high chances of higher water levels in rivers, flooding of low-lying areas, local roads, low-level bridges in Sakha (Yakutia), Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk Territories, Voronezh, Kostroma, Leningrad, Novgorod and Tomsk Regions.

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, energy facilities, power towers and areas of wildfires getting larger due to the forecast of high winds and no rains in Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts, Buryatia, Transbaikalian and Khabarovsk Territories, Amur and Irkutsk Regions.

There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Dagestan (Bezhta District, Tsunta District, Rutul District, Tlyarata District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District), Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
