In the Tuva Republic, Sakhalin Region, Transbaikalian and Maritime Territories – heavy rains, winds gusting up to 20-25 m/s and up to 32 m/s on the shoreline in Maritime Territory.

Bad weather causes risks of broken power and communication lines, disruptions in normal functioning of the society, the operation of all kinds of transport in Buryatia, Bashkortostan, Khabarovsk Territory, Sverdlovsk, Omsk, Irkutsk, Orenburg Regions and Jewish Autonomous Region. Wind gusting up to 18-24 m/s and rains are expected.

There are high chances of higher water levels in rivers, flooding of low-lying areas, local roads, low-level bridges in Krasnoyarsk, Khabarovsk Territories, Voronezh, Kostroma, Leningrad, Novgorod, Tomsk and Tyumen Regions.

There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, energy facilities, power towers and areas of wildfires getting larger due to the forecast of high winds in Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts, Buryatia, Transbaikalian, Maritime and Khabarovsk Territories, Amur and Irkutsk Regions.

There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Dagestan (Bezhta District, Tsunta District, Rutul District, Tlyarata District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District), Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
