There is a high risk of wildfires spreading to settlements, energy facilities, power towers and areas of wildfires getting larger due to the forecast of high winds in Buryatia, Tuva, Irkutsk and Amur Regions, Jewish Autonomous Region, Transbaikalian, Khabarovsk and Maritime Territories.

There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Dagestan (Bezhta District, Tsunta District, Rutul District, Tlyarata District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District), Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).
