There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Dagestan (Bezhta District, Tsunta District, Rutul District, Tlyarata District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District), Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).

There is a higher risk of fishermen and vehicles falling through thin ice at waterways in Kamchatka (Bering Sea and Lake Nerpichye), Maritime Territory (Amur Bay, Ussuri Bay, Peter the Great Gulf) Territories, Sakhalin (Strait of Tartary, Mordvniov Bay, Bay of Patience, Sea of Okhotsk), Murmansk (Kandalaksha Gulf), Sverdlovsk (Beloyarskoye Reservoir, Lake Isetskoye) and Tyumen (Pyshma and Tura Rivers, Terenkul, Lipovoye and Yantykovo Lakes)  Regions, Khanty-Mansi (Ob River, Chelkantur and Neyaltur Lakes), Yamal Nenets (Kara Sea and Gulf of Ob).
