Bad weather (snowfalls, snow storms, wind gusting up to 20 m/s, In Voronezh Region – sticking of snow, in Krasnoyarsk Territory – wind gusting up to 20-25 m/s, snowstorms) heightens risks connected with disruptions in the operation of transport systems and critical infrastructure in Mari El, Tatarstan, perm Territory, Taimyr District of Krasnoyarsk Territory, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Samara and Ulyanovsk Regions.

There are higher risks of disruptions in transport infrastructure, traffic jams and accidents in Moscow Region, in northern and central areas of Central Federal District (temperatures of – 10 degrees C, and – 17 degrees C at night, icy conditions).

There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Dagestan (Bezhta District, Tsunta District, Rutul District, Tlyarata District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District) and Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi).

There is a higher risk of fishermen and vehicles falling through thin ice at waterways in Kalmykia, Mari El (Volga River), Mordovia, Astrakhan and Volgograd Regions.
