There is a higher risk of fishermen and vehicles falling through thin ice at waterways in Leningrad Region (Gulf of Finland, Vyborg Bay, Svir Bay, Luga, Bay, Koporye Bay, Neva, Bay, Sestroretsk Sand Bar and Lake Ladoga), Sakhalin Region (Sea of Okhotsk, Strait of Tartary, Mordvinov Bay and Gulf of Patience) and Maritime Territory (Peter the Great Gulf, Amur Bay and Ussuri Bay).
