In Tatarstan, Ulyanovsk and Samara Regions – heavy sleet, sticking of snow onto wires, snowstorm, wind gusting up to 25 m/s.

There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Dagestan (Tsunta District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District), Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi), Kamchatka Territory, Sakhalin Region.

There is a higher risk of fishermen falling through thin ice at waterways in Perm Territory (Kama and Votkinsk Reservoirs), Vladimir Region (Klyazma and Oka rivers), Nizhny Novgorod Region (Volga river and Oka river’s right tributary), Saratov Region (Volgograd Reservoir and Volga river), Volgograd Region (Tsimlyansk Reservoir and Volga river) and Astrakhan Region (Volga river).

There is a risk of low-lying areas, settlements, railways and motorways, low-level bridges getting flooded in Leningrad Region (Neva river near the town of Otradnoye and the settlement of Ust-Izhora) due to high water content, ice jams lower than the stream gauge, patchy heavy snowfalls and warm temperature.
