There is a higher risk of fishermen falling through thin ice at waterways in Mordovia, Kamchatka Territory, Arkhangelsk, Volgograd, Kirov, Samara, Saratov, Tambov, Penza and Ulyanovsk Regions.

There is avalanche risk in North Ossetia Alania (Alagir District), Karachay-Cherkessia (Zelenchukskaya District, Karachayevsk Urban District), Kabardino-Balkaria (Elbrussky District), Dagestan (Tsunta District, Bezhta area), Krasnodar Territory (mountainous areas of Sochi), Kamchatka Territory, Sakhalin Region.
