There are high risks of emergency situations due to larger areas of wildfires caused by dry grass burning, larger areas of burning fires, smoke conditions, spread of fires to settlements in southern part of Volga, Ural and southwest of Siberian Federal Districts. The highest risk of fires spreading to settlements and businesses, considering data gathered from satellite monitoring is in Orenburg, Saratov, Chelyabinsk, Omsk, Novosibirsk Regions and Altai Territory.

There is a risk of flooding low lands, roads and low-level bridges in Ciscaucasia and Adygea, Krasnodar Territory, Belgorod, Tver, Oryol and Lipetsk Regions.
