In Ural Federal District:

In Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions – heavy rains, thunderstorms, hail, wind up to 20-25 m/s.

In Siberian Federal District:

In Krasnoyarsk Territory and Irkutsk Region – heavy rains, thunderstorms, hail, wind up to 20-25 m/s.

There are high risks of emergency situations due to larger areas of wildfires caused by dry grass burning, larger areas of burning fires, smoke conditions, spread of fires to settlements in Buryatia, north Khabarovsk Territory, Krasnoyarsk and Transbaikalian Territories, Jewish Autonomous Region.

There is a risk of flooding low lands, roads and low-level bridges in north Bashkortostan, Sakha (Yakutia), Perm Territory, Amur, Kirov, Kostroma, Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions, as well as republics of Ciscaucasia.
