There are high risks of emergency situations due to larger areas of wildfires caused by dry grass burning, larger areas of burning fires, smoke conditions, spread of fires to settlements in Buryatia, Tuva, Sakha (Yakutia), north Khabarovsk Territory, Krasnoyarsk and Transbaikalian Territories, Irkutsk Region.

There is a risk of flooding low lands, roads and low-level bridges in north Sakha (Yakutia), Khabarovsk Territory, Amur and Sverdlovsk Regions, Jewish Autonomous Region and, Nenets and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, as well as republics of Ciscaucasia.
