Minister Vladimir Puchkov held an operational teleconference on the crash of Tu-204 airliner and gave instructions to all relevant services rss

A teleconference led by the Minister Vladimir Puchkov was held in the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry to hear the reports from emergency services working at the crash scene.

Their representatives reported on progress in the elimination of the air accident. At the moment, a Russian Emergencies Ministry group working at the scene includes 144 people and 36 pieces of equipment. The fire was eliminated in the first minutes.
According to updated information, eight crew members were on board. As a result of the accident, four people were rescued and four people were killed.
The Minister ordered to contact the victims’ relatives and provide them any necessary assistance, and take all measures to ensure the qualified medical care for the victims in hospitals they had been delivered to. The Minister demanded to organize air traffic in the Moscow region as soon as possible and provide conditions for the passengers at the airport "Vnukovo", where 18 flights had been delayed, including hot meals and medical care. Priority group is elderly people and families with children - Vladimir Puchkov said.
The Minister ordered to take measures for the prevention of spilled fuel ignition and the compliance with all safety measures in the emergency area. He also drew attention to the need of assistance to law enforcement agencies carrying out the investigation actions in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
The Minister instructed all relevant services to take measure to restore traffic on roads adjacent to the Kiev highway and organize public outreach in order to prevent traffic jams and facilitate the search of bypass ways for drivers.
