Pennant of State Small Vessel Inspectorate of Emergencies Ministry and Flag of Chief State Small Vessel Inspector

The Pennant of the State Small Vessel Inspectorate is approved by Order No.531 of the Emergencies Ministry “On items of symbolism of the State Small Vessel Inspectorate of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters” of 14 September 2006.

The Pennant of the State Small Vessel Inspectorate of Emergencies Ministry represents a triangular swallow-tailed pennant with two white and blue fly ends. Fly ends represent the Russian flag. Width to length ratio is 1:2. a length of fly cut is half of the Pennant’s width. Fly ends narrow down to 2/3 of the Pennant’s width.

An admiralty anchor is situated in the middle of cloth on a distance of 1/3 of the Pennant’s length from a leech. An image of a windrose is placed in the center of the anchor with 4 large and 4 small brown beams and dark brown edging. A small Emergencies Ministry’s emblem is situated on the windrose.

The Flag of the Chief State Small Vessel Inspector is approved by Order No.531 of the Emergencies Ministry “On items of symbolism of the State Small Vessel Inspectorate of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters” of 14 September 2006.

The Flag represents a white two-sided rectangular cloth. In the center of the flag is situated The State Small Vessel Inspectorate emblem – a black circle on blue background. The emblem is edged with webbed yellow safety line. An admiralty anchor is situated in the center of the black circle. An image of a windrose is placed in the center of the anchor with 4 large and 4 small brown beams and dark brown edging. A small Emergencies Ministry’s emblem is situated on the windrose.

Width to length ratio is 2:3. The reverse side represents the mirrored right side of the flag.
