Arm patches of Russian Emergencies Ministry

The arm patch for parade, service, special uniforms and fatigues for servicemen of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “The National Crisis Management Center” is approved by Order No.634 of the Emergencies Ministry “On items of symbolism of separate organizations” of 16 November 2009.

The arm patch represents a black shield with golden edging. Outline of the globe with the map of the Russian Federation is placed in the center of the patch. The medium emblem of the Emergencies Ministry is located above the globe. Two ribbons colored as the Russian National flag are placed to the left and right of the globe. The patch is worn on the right sleeve of the uniform, 80mm away from the upper seam of the sleeve.

 

The arm patch for parade, service, special uniforms and fatigues for servicemen of the Paramilitary Mine Rescue Divisions of the Emergencies Ministry is approved by Order No.173 of the Emergencies Ministry on “Introduction of changes into Order No.634 of the Emergencies Ministry from 16 November 2009” of 07 April 2011.

The arm patch represents a black shield with golden edging. In the upper part of the patch is placed the middle emblem of the Emergencies Ministry, while in the lower is situated a equal-ended red cross with golden edging with a hammer and a pickaxe crossed beneath it. Above the Emergencies Ministry’s emblem is located a refracted Russian national flag and a golden writing in one line: “THE RUSSIAN EMERGENCIES MINISTRY”. At the bottom of the patch there is a golden writing following the shape of the shield: “PARAMILITARY MINE RESCUE DIVISIONS”. Both writings are divided from the shield by golden strips. The patch is worn on the right sleeve of the uniform, 80mm away from the upper seam of the sleeve.
