Alexander Alexandrovich Romanov

Director of the International cooperation Department (Head of the Russian National Corps of Emergency Humanitarian Response).

Alexander Romanov was born on May 17, 1971, in the city of Tyumen.

2014 - 2015 - Deputy Head of the International Cooperation Department.
