Sergei Alexandrovich Kadadov

Sergei Kadadov was born on August 8, 1975, in the town of Partizansk, Maritime Territory. In 1996, he graduated from Moscow Higher Military Road Engineering School. From 1996 to 1997, he served as a senior officer in the Office of Civil Defense and Emergency Prevention of the town of Kuznetsk, Penza Region.

From July 1997 to April 2000, he worked as Head of the Department of Engineering and Technical Activities of the Penza Office of Civil Defense and Emergency Prevention.

In September 2000, he was enrolled as a student at the Faculty of Civil Defence of Military Engineering University, from which he graduated in June 2003.

From 2003 to 2004 - Senior Officer at the Office for the Organization and Support of Civil Defense Activities of the Department of Civil Defence of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

From 2004 to 2008 - Senior Officer at the Office for the Organization and Support of Civil Defense Activities and Special Public Protection Measures of the Department of Civil Defence of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

From 2008 to April 2009 - Deputy Head of the Office for the Improvement of Civil Protection of the Department of Civil Defence of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

From 2009 to 2011 - Head of the Office for Peace-to-Wartime Switch Control Systems of the Department of Civil Defence of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

From 2011 to 2013 - Deputy Head of the Department of Civil Defence of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

From 2013 to May 2015 - Head of the Emergencies Ministry's Main Office for Kursk Region.

From May 25 to July 1, 2015 - Deputy Head of the Directorate of Program Implementation and Control over Budget Spending Efficiency.

Since July 2015 -  Head of the Directorate of Program Implementation and Control over Budget Spending Efficiency of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.

Since April 2016 - Head of the Supervisory and Preventive Efforts Department.

Since August 2017 - Deputy Emergencies Minister of the Russian Federation.

He is married and raises two children.
