Vlasov Sergei Vitalievich
Vlasov Sergey Vitalyevich was born on March 16, 1966 in the village of Yamany, Krasnochetaysky District, Chuvash Republic.
After graduating from high school in 1983 he entered the Kiev Higher Military Engineering School of Communications and graduated in 1988 with a qualification of Telecommunications Engineer.
From 1988 to 1993 he served in a separate signal battalion of a separate signal brigade of the Supreme Command (Northern Group of Forces - Poland) as commander of a telegraph communications platoon and senior engineer of a maintenance unit.
From 1993 to 1996 he served in a separate signal battalion of a separate signal brigade of the Supreme Command (North-Caucasian Military District) as senior engineer of a maintenance unit and head of the radio station P- 135.
In 1999, he graduated from the Military Academy of Signal Corps.
From 1999 to 2002 - Deputy Chief - Chief of the military equipment storage base headquarters (Signal Corps) in the Leningrad Military District.
