Viktor Nikolayevitch Yatsutsenko

Mr. Yatsutsenko was born on 27 June 1959 in the settlement of Staraya Devitsa, Khorol District, Maritime Territory. In 1980 he graduated the Marshal Rokossovsky Far Eastern Higher Military Combined Arms School with degree in Tactical Training of Motorized Troops, qualified as the Officer with Higher Military Education – Armoured and Automotive Vehicles Engineer;

In 1993 Mr. Yatsutsenko graduated from the Command Department of the Frunze Military Academy of the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation with a degree in Command and Staff; Tactical Combined Arms Training, qualified as the Officer with Higher Military Education.

In 2015 he graduated with distinction from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with degree in State and Municipal Administration, qualified as the Magister.

September 1976 – July 1980 – cadet in the Far Eastern Higher Combined Arms Command School of the Defence Ministry of the USSR, the town of Blagoveshchensk.

Mr. Yatsutsenko is an Acting Deputy Emergencies Ministry since August 2018.
