Anatoly Vladimirovich Yelizarov

Mr. Yelizarov is the Deputy Head of the Operations Department, Major General.

He was born on 6 October 1972 in the town of Rybinsk, Yaroslavl Region.

Education:

In 1993 he graduated from the Higher Military Command School of Chemical Protection in Kostroma with a degree in “Command tactical specialty of chemical troops” with a qualification of an engineer. He graduated with distinction.

In 2004 he graduated from the Civil Defence Academy, Executive Personnel Department, with a degree in “command and staff, operational and tactical specialty of civil defence”, with a qualification of management specialist. He graduated with distinction.

June 1993 – March 1995 – Commander of a aerosol countermeasure platoon of the aerosol countermeasure company, 23rd Separate Aerosol Countermeasure Brigade, Volga Military District, the city of Chapayevsk-11, Samara Region

March 1995 – March 1997 – commander of  aerosol countermeasure company, 23rd Separate Aerosol Countermeasure Brigade (reduced to cadre), Volga Military District, the city of Chapayevsk-11, Samara Region
