Tomashov Aleksandr Sergeyevich
Mr. Tomashov was born on 14 November 1956 in the settlement of Korenevka, Gomel District, Gomel Region, Belarus.
In 1973 he graduated Suvorov's Military School in Minsk, in 1977 he graduated from the Kirov’s Higher Combined Military Command School in Leningrad, then in 1990 Mr. Tomashov graduated Frunze’s Military Academy, and in 2000 he graduated from the Russian Presidential academy of National Economy and Public Administration and received a major in State and Municipal management.
Mr. Tomashov had received an academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences after he uphold a thesis on “Development of organizing and economical process of management of human capital of industrial enterprise” in 2013.
Since 1977 up to 2011 he served on commanding positions in the Ground Forces of the Russian Federaion.
Since 2010 Mr. Tomashov is the Head of Suvorov's Military School in Moscow.
Since 2011 up to 2013 Mr. Tomashov is the vice-chancellor of the Institute of Professional development of senior employees and specialists of the fuel and energy complex of the Ministry of Energy of Russia.
Since 2013 Mr. Tomashov works in the Emergencies Ministry of Russia.
Since 2013 up to 2016 he was the Deputy Director of International Activities Department.
Since June 2016 he works as the Director of Development Department.
Mr.Tomashov directly participated and commanded in 56 humanitarian and rescue operations, 8 of them were high-risk operations. He actively participated in the creation and development of the Russian-Serbian and Russian-ArmenianHumanitarianCenters.
He is decorated by State and Departmental awards.
Mr.Tomashov is married, has two sons.
