More than 60 psychologists of the Russian Emergencies Ministry and other services are rendering aid and support to the relatives of the killed, injured and missing in a fire in Winter Cherry Mall in Kemerovo. Emergency psychological aid has been provided in more than 70 cases by specialists from Kemerovo, Krasnoyarsk and Moscow.
Psychologists are working in the temporary shelter, which has been deployed near the scene. Relatives of the killed and missing are staying in the shelter.
Psychologists render emergency aid, accompany the people during investigative operations, inform about the current situation and search operations.
The Hotline 8 (3842) 58-23-33 received 325 calls, most of them regarding fates of people, who were in the mall when the fire broke out.
