An area 25 ha has been examined at the Antonov An-148 plane crash near the village of Stepanovskoye, in Ramenskoye District. Debris is strewn over an area of 30 ha, this way rescuers combed the most of it, while the search operation is ongoing.
More than 900 people and over 190 units of equipment – UAVs, snowmobiles and specialized heavy trucks - are involved in the search operation.
The An-148 of Saratov Airlines traveling from Moscow to Orsk disappeared from radar minutes after takeoff from Moscow’s Domodedovo Airport. Debris were found near the village of Stepanovskoye, Ramenskoye District. The plane was carrying 71 people, including 6 crew members.
