A UTair company plane ATR-72 flying Tyumen-Surgut crashed Monday 05:50 Moscow time shortly after take-off. According to preliminary information there were 43 people on board the plane – 39 passengers and 4 crew members. The Russian Emergency Ministry confirms that 12 survivors have been found on a crash scene in Tyumen. As of this hour the rescuers have found 12 injured who are being delivered to hospitals in Tyumen. As of 09:00 1 of the injured died in a hospital. The EMERCOM Center for Emergency Psychological Aid has set up a hotline: 8-800-775-17-17. On this phone number relatives of the passengers on board the plane can obtain necessary information, consultation and psychological assistant.
