Igor Vladimirovich Kutrovsky

Mr. Kutrovsky was born on 11 June 1971 in the town of Ordzhonikidze, The North Ossetian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

Education:

In 1992 he graduated from Minsk Higher Military and Political Combined Arms School in Military and Political and Tactical Specialty of Motorized Infantry as Social Educator – Psychologist; in 2003 he graduated from the Military Engineering University in Military and Administrative Management as Management Specialist; in 2012 he underwent vocational training in the Institute of Development of the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Civil Dfence Academy in Civil Defence and Single State Disaster Management System Management in Russian Federation; in 2015 Mr. Kutrovsky underwent vocational education in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration in Management of Changes.

A personal pistol was awarded to him in 2011. Mr. Kutrovsky is married.
