A teleconference on the situation caused by explosions of ammunition in Samara Region led by Minister Vladimir Puchkov took place on 19 June 2013 at the National Crisis Management Center.

An up to 4.3 magnitude earthquake has struck today Belovsky district, Kemerovo Region. The earthquake was also felt in Novosibirsk Region and Altai Territory. At present the local authorities and firefighters are examining buildings and houses in Kemerovo Region. So far there has been no information about damages. The check is underway.

A meeting of the Governmental Commission led by Minister of Emergency Situations Vladimir Puchkov took place on 19 June to discuss the situation caused by explosions of ammunition at the depot of the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the town of Chapaevsk, Samara Region. The reports by Vladimir Stepanov, head of the National Crisis management Center and Andrey Tretyakov, deputy head of Volga Regional Center were heard.
